The immediate neighborhood is quiet, wooded, and private. Your cabin is seated at the very end of the culdesac and backs up to a private residential area. The cabin is located on well-maintained, paved roads. A 2WD vehicle, including in winter, should be fine to get to/from the cabin. The area is fairly hilly, although there are no major hills to climb to get to the cabin. If you are visiting in winter, check the weather report just in case. The cabin is on a regular, monthly pest control schedule, but sometimes unwanted bugs may venture inside. Pigeon Forge is home to stink bugs, Asian beetles, and wood roaches, which view open windows and doors as an invitation, especially at the changing of the season. I recommend keeping windows and doors closed when not in use.

You will have private access to the entire cabin and property. We provide keyless entry with a door code that is randomized/changed between every single guest.

You'll be able to check-in and get right to vacationing! Be sure to make a supply run within 24-48 hours of arrival, though. ****GETTING AROUND**** You can access the nearby Publix grocery, Krogers grocery, and numerous stores without crossing the main parkway. Nearly every banner Pigeon Forge attraction is within 5 miles of the cabin, so you'll spend less time in traffic and more time vacationing. ****FREE PARKING**** We've got one of the biggest driveways in the neighborhood. Private, dedicated driveway (6-8 vehicles) with additional on-street parking. ****CHORES**** NO annoying "chores" or cleaning to do before you check out, just common sense items such as locking the door.

The nearest Pigeon Forge trolley stop is 1.2 miles from the cabin. Although it can be walked to/from, you'd fair better to park and ride.
